In January of 2020, 4Fitness launched Surfset classes. We are having so much fun in class. I have noticed that when people come to their first Surfset class they have concerns about being in the right shape or having the ability to take a Surfset class. We have a quick chat they feel better and we hop on the board. After class, they can’t wait to do it again.
I got to thinking how many of you haven’t been to class because of the same concerns. I want to put everyone’s mind at ease.
Who should take Surfset class?
Anyone looking for a fun fitness experience should take a surfset class. If you are interested in any of the following benefits

What shape do you have to be in to take a Surfset class?
A human shape. Seriously you don’t have to be in great shape to take the class. You don’t even have to be exercising regularly. You need to be mobile and willing to try new things.
The class is designed to help introduce you to the movement of the board and scale exercises for different fitness levels.
What is needed for class?
- a positive attitude
- bare feet or socks
- water and a towel but we have them if you forget
The only thing left for you to do is reserve your board in class!
