This is where you find information on scheduled Group Classes, and Pop-Up events.
4Fitness has put a unique twist on group fitness classes, as a boutique fitness studio our classes are intentionally small. For example our FLY Bungee, Aerial Yoga, and SurfSet (starting in January) have 6 or less people in them. The Total Toning (TRX) class has a maximum of 4 participants. All of our floor yoga classes have less than 10 people in them. Small classes ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve while maintaining a safe and fun fitness environment. Due to the small class sizes a reservation is needed to attend class (detail below). We believe everyone is important so class is held even for 1 person. Our classes are beginner friendly yet scalable for regular exercisers.
We also offer private classes for you, your friends, or even your work team. Want to take a class but wish it could be just you and your friends? Have a bridal party that wants to be in tip-top shape for the upcoming wedding? Going on a cruise with friends or family? Private classes can be a one-time special event or on a weekly basis. Reserve A Class
Reserving your spot in a class can be done several ways for your convenience. You can pay and book through the Mindbody app or directly through our calendar below which uses Mindbody. If you prefer not to use Mindbody, you can use the PayPal button below to pay for your classes and text Tracie at 727-674-5081 to reserve your class.
Class Packages can be used for all regularly scheduled classes and pop ups. Use the button below to purchase your class package.
