This is where you find information on Demo Days, Pop-Up events, and scheduled Group Classes.

About every 6 weeks or so, 4Fitness hosts scheduled studio visits so you can experience 4Fitness and meet Tracie Thompson (nominated for best personal trainer in Best of the Bay). These “demo days” are a great way to learn about the benefits of working out in a private fitness setting that is very different from typical gyms. Try exercises with equipment like TRX, Surf Set, Heavy Ropes, and more. Check our calendar for upcoming demos and reserve your 30-minute private visit.

Parking and studio access for all events is in the back of the building. I look forward to seeing you at an event!

4Fitness offers several group classes, FLY Bungee and Total Toning (TRX)  Please be aware that classes have limited spaces and you will need to make a reservation, details are in class events. All classes have the same pricing making it convenient for you to buy 1 package and take a variety of group classes.

Mind Body

All classes can now be viewed booked and paid for using the Mind Body fitness app.  This option is a convenient way to see our class schedule, reserve your spot in a class, pay for class, and monitor how many classes you have already paid for.  Take me to 4Fitness on Mind Body.
