At 4Fitness, our classes are designed for real people of all fitness levels—whether you’re trying exercise for the first time, getting back into a routine, or looking for a fun new challenge. You don’t need to be fit before you walk through our doors. That’s what we’re here for!
Our small class sizes allow our instructors to offer personalized guidance and modifications, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. We welcome beginners, experienced exercisers, and everyone in between in a supportive, judgment-free environment where the goal is simply to help you move, have fun, and feel successful.
If you have concerns about an injury, mobility limitations, or aren’t sure which class is the best fit, we’d love to help. Reach out to us before your first visit, and we’ll happily recommend the class that matches your goals, experience, and comfort level.
At 4Fitness, we believe fitness should be something you look forward to—not something you fear. No matter where you’re starting, you’ll be welcomed with encouragement, support, and a community that’s cheering you on every step of the way.
We want you to wear clothes you would be comfortable exercising in. There are no judgements here if you come in your matching fitness outfit or an old t-shirt and sweatpants. You will be asked to remove your shoes for class. You can go barefoot, many of our clients prefer to wear socks (they can be regular or grippy), the choice is yours.
Please don’t wear clothing with gems, sequins, or studs as they may snag the padding on the board.
The Surfset manufacturers say that their equipment can safely support up to 350lbs.
