4Fitness is a judgment-free boutique fitness studio, we welcome all levels of ability. Personal training is approached from a holistic point of view that emphasizes “joint friendly” exercise and workout programs designed for progress – no matter where you are starting.

We offer two options 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. You choose what time frame best suits your fitness ability, schedule, and lifestyle.

Personal training sessions are typically one on one, but we can and have accommodated partner training. Partner training could be a you and your spouse or you and a friend or a colleague.
