Bounce Energy is a fun and effective rebounding class featuring Maximus Pro Bungee Rebounders by Rebound Fitness, combining cardio, balance, coordination, and strength-building in a low-impact, easy-on-the-joints format.
Rebounding can be an incredibly effective workout because your body is constantly working against the mat’s resistance with every bounce. Before your first Bounce Energy class, we recommend arriving with a light-to-empty stomach since the class includes plenty of bouncing and movement. For comfort and safety, wear supportive workout clothing, including a good sports bra and either fitted shorts or tapered-bottom pants that can be tucked in so they don’t get caught on the rebounders. We also recommend avoiding loose or dangling jewelry during class. Most importantly, come ready to move, have fun, and enjoy the energy!
