Kim has been teaching yoga and aerial fitness in the St. Pete area for six years. She decided to finally take the plunge and become a yoga instructor when her body started to become more painful from competitive sports. She rejects the “no pain, no gain” philosophy for a gentler expression of health with body compassion and self love.
She is a native Floridian and lives in Gulfport with her Great Dane, Kizmet.
I’m not your typical Fitness Trainer and that is my secret to your success as my client. When I mention that I have been a Fitness Trainer for over 18 years, I sometimes get a sideways look. You see, I’m not rail thin. Instead, I’m a very fit woman with curves, a successful Fitness Trainer, and owner of a unique training studio: 4Fitness.
I love what I do.
I love working with my clients with one on one personal training and in classes. Through the years I have been certified in and taught a large variety of classes like Spin class, Water Aerobics, Power Pump, Senior Fitness, Silver Sneakers, TRX, SurfSet, FLY Bungee and Aerial Yoga.
My goal in teaching classes is for you to learn how to use proven equipment and most importantly, your own body, to get stronger, leaner, and healthier. I want fitness to become a part of your life and empower you on your own unique journey.
Outside of the studio I am a Mom of two kids 24 and 16 years old, wife to an amazing man for over 20 years and I can’t forget my furbaby Emma the Weimaraner. We have been living in St. Petersburg for over 12 years and enjoy walks, beach visits, and kayaking.
