FLY Bungee is so much fun you will forget you are exercising all while burning a ton of calories. FLY classes are beginner friendly and can provide intensity for more experienced exercisers. Classes will be 30 minutes of exercise and have up to 6 participants.
This is an interval class alternating between cardio and strength segments. Strength segments will have exercises like squats, pushups, lunges and more. Cardio segments will have movements like FLY, jumping jacks, cross country ski, and more.
FLY classes use a harness (that goes around the waist hip and thigh areas) to attach to the bungee, choose clothing that is not likely to bunch or ride up, this will help you feel comfortable. Proper set up for your bungee will require us to weigh you and fit you with a harness (multiple sizes available) before class. If you prefer this can be done during a separate private appointment. Bring a towel and water, but don’t worry if you forget we have you covered.
To keep everyone safe and to provide the best fitness experience class size is limited to 6 participants.
