  • Do you wish you could get the benefits of exercise without all the work?
  • Have you ever wished you could fly?
  • Did you ever dream of being an aerial performer?

The best way to forget you’re exercising is by having fun, and bungee training is the workout that delivers as much fun as it does exercise.  Bungee training allows you to experience brief moments of flying and maybe a little insight into the life of a Cirque du Soleil performer.  Even better, it’s guaranteed to burn loads of calories.

Fly Bungee Training is a beginner-friendly workout keeps you active and constantly moving in different directions, it’s a great cardio workout and it burns a ton of calories in just 30 minutes.  Exercising with a bungee system allows the body to do exercises that could be too difficult or impossible without the bungee.  How would you feel if you could do full push-ups on your toes in your very first workout?  Bungee training makes it possible.  Don’t worry, you don’t need to have any exercise experience to take FLY class.  The best part is that most people don’t even realize how hard they’re working till they stop.  It really is that much fun!

Who can take a class at 4Fitness?2019-12-30T14:33:11-05:00

Our classes are designed to be welcoming to beginners and regular exercisers. There is no judgement and we extend a warm welcome to all participants.  The small class sizes give us the ability to customize class to the abilities of the clients in class that day. If you have questions about your specific abilities or limitations, contact us.

What should I wear to FLY Bungee Class?2019-12-30T09:58:59-05:00

We always want you to wear clothes that you are comfortable in. This class requires a harness that goes around the waist and the thighs. What we recommend is longer shorts or pants and a shirt that covers the midsection, so that the harness doesn’t rub your skin.

What is the Weight Limit?2019-12-30T09:19:01-05:00

We take the safety of our clients and instructors very seriously.  Our class equipment (yoga hammocks and/or bungees), mounting equipment, steel carabiners & structure are rigged to hold over 1,000 pounds worth of dynamic movement weight. Weight limit is not an issue, we welcome clients of all shapes and sizes.  All hammocks and rigging equipment are inspected for wear and/or damage on a regular basis.

Is there anyone who shouldn’t take FLY Bungee class?2019-12-30T10:08:20-05:00

As a studio we welcome everyone. FLY Bungee is not recommended for people with certain medical conditions: Pregnancy, recent surgery, abdominal pain, neck pain, and anyone being treated for whiplash.

Can I eat before FLY Bungee?2019-12-30T09:52:45-05:00

During class you will be wearing a harness, this does put pressure on the abdomen. We advise clients not to eat or drink anything acidic for at least an hour before class starts.  Please arrive with a very light stomach. A light stomach means no food or light solids like toast, fruit, or a bar.

Fly classes use a harness (that goes around the waist hip and thigh areas) to attach to the bungee.  Proper set up for your bungee will require us to weigh you and fit you with a harness (multiple sizes available) before class.  If you prefer this can be done during a separate private appointment.

Bring a towel and water, but don’t worry if you forget we have you covered.

Fly bungee training is offered in regularly occurring scheduled classes, pop-up classes, and special events.  All classes are listed on our classes page.  Class size is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, please register in advance to reserve your spot.
