This is where you find information on scheduled Group Classes and Special Events.

4Fitness has put a unique twist on group fitness classes; our classes are intentionally small as a boutique fitness studio. For example, our FLY Bungee, Aerial Yoga, Flying Pilates, and SurfSet have 6 or fewer people in them. The Total Toning (TRX) and the Power Core class have a maximum of 5 participants. Small classes ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve while maintaining a safe and fun fitness environment. Due to the small class sizes, a reservation is needed to attend class (detail below). We believe everyone is important, so the class is held even for 1 person. Our classes are beginner-friendly yet scalable for regular exercisers.

We also offer private classes for you, your friends, or even your work team. Do you want to take a class but wish it could be just you and your friends? Have a bridal party that wants a fun fitness experience?   Private classes can be a one-time special event or every week. You can use this link to schedule your private class or text 727-674-5081.

Reserve A Class

Reserving your spot in a class can be done in several ways for your convenience. You can pay and book through the 4Fitness app downloaded from Google or Apple or directly through our calendar below, which uses Wellness Living. Classes are sold in convenient packages, 1 for $20, 3 for $45, 12 for $120. All class packages can be used for any of our classes so feel free to try one or try them all.
